ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order with Call You George through this site you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
A contract between you, the user and Call You George for the sale of products or services will only exist once an order has been accepted, paid for, processed and completed.
You, the user, agree to pay the purchase price specified on the website at the time that you place your order for the purchase of a Product or Service.
All amounts are stated in Australian dollars. All purchase prices exclude Australian GST.

Client is not authorised to use any of Call You George's intellectual property for Client's business purposes. All intellectual property, including Call You George's copyrighted designs/posts, shall remain the sole property of Call You George. No license to sell or distribute Call you George's materials is granted or implied. By purchasing this product, Client agrees (1) not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any confidential Information shared by Call You George is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to Call You George, (3) Client agrees not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with Call You George. Further, by purchasing this product, Client agrees that if Client violates, or displays any likelihood of violating, any of Client's agreements contained in this paragraph, Call You George will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.

USER SITE PERMISSIONS

In using this Website, you must not:

• Provide us with inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Violate any applicable laws, or use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions;

Call You George will not be liable for any delay in performing our obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The purchase of products from Call You George is conducted electronically and each party agrees that the other may communicate with it electronically for all aspects of any product purchase, including by sending electronic notices.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the digital products that we offer, Call You George are unable to offer refunds once you have purchased or downloaded digital files products, unless specified for each individual product or service.  

Refunds may be offered on printed items, only if there is a fault with the item. We will not refund for change of mind as items are personalised and cannot be resold.

You will be provided with proofs during the ordering & design process - all care is taken to ensure all details are correct but the onus is on the customer to identify any issues before approving the final proof.

Due to the difference in colour technologies used on computer/phone screens and the different technologies used for printing - colours in your design may slightly vary. Refunds will not be provided for colour variations.

We take the utmost care to ship your items - but we cannot offer refunds for items damaged in transit to you. If this issue occurs please contact us so that we can investigate with our shipping partners. Ensure you keep and photograph the damaged item and damaged packaging.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable.

Finally - we always want to ensure our customers are happy and our relationship is maintained, so if you are dissatisfied with any element of this site or our products, please contact us via email to discuss further.

Any details collected from Call You George users is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development. If you purchase a product or service from Call You George, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
